Five years ago, I was stuck in a place where I felt that there was no chance for me to move forward. I was just riding the waves every waking day, letting everyone and everything around me push and pull my little boat.
After getting lots of help from family, friends, and professionals and tons of self-love and acceptance, I was able to get out of that boat and became the captain of my own ship.
I realized that everything I needed to move forward was inside of me all along. I just needed a little bit of reminding.
And that's what I also want you to experience. I want to help you move forward and grow, with purpose and more intention, by embracing who you are.
